Little-known way to get free drinks from a major pub chain – and all you need is your Tesco Clubcard | The Sun

A MAJOR pub chain is handing out FREE drinks – and all you need is your Tesco Clubcard.

Popular brand BrewDog, are offering punters a pint on the house if they have a certain amount of points from the supermarket giant.

The scheme valid in nearly all pub branches across the nation and works by knocking £1 off a customer's drink for every 50 points have.

This means a £6 pint will require 300 Tesco points – but with just 150 pubgoers will already see 50 per cent discounts on many BrewDog favourites.

James Watt, founder of the Scots brewery, said: “With an existing customer base of over 21 million active Clubcard members, we’re delighted to be the only restaurant Partner to offer pints in return for points.

"Everyone is feeling the cost-of-living squeeze, so if we can help people with the cost of our beer where possible, you can bet your pint on it that we will.”
