My ‘thighs of thunder’ wiggle and I obsessed over them for years, now I’ve learned to love the thick look | The Sun

ONCE the bane of her life, one woman has learned to love her "thighs of thunder."

She obsessed over them for years, but for all the wrong reasons.

They were objects of shame for her, but not anymore.

These days she adores her thick look and wouldn't have it any other way.

Charlotte (@charlottegrace98) has had a 360 degree turn when it comes to thigh-love.

This lady has 17,000 followers on her TikTok, where she welcomes fans to her “best friend club.”

She might be including her wonderful wiggly thighs in that too.

Charlotte's post was a reaffirmation of her new-found appreciation for this part of her body.

But it also brought comfort to fans who were feeling down on their jiggly thighs.

Charlotte regretted how much time she agonized over what she considered an imperfection.

“All the time I spent thinking it wasn’t normal makes me sad," she said.

"Thighs of thunder," she smiled. "Love your body. Normalize normal bodies."

She lip-synched to lyrics that were wholly appropriate.

“I wish some one would have told me that thighs of thunder meant normal human thighs."

Charlotte may have found peace with her thighs, but there were some who still struggled.

One commenter said: “I hate having thunder thighs.”

But over 32,000 liked her message and many shared their views on this body part.

“I wish people knew that thunder thighs look amazing," said one person.

And another showed their approval in a suitable fashion: “I’m sat here clapping my thighs in agreement.”
