Made In Chelsea’s Freddy Knatchbull blasts cast ‘snakes’ as he’s missing from Sydney episodes

Made in Chelsea star Freddy Knatchbull seems slightly peeved he wasn't one of the stars that went to Sydney to film a special series of the hit E4 show.

Back in London, Freddy enjoyed a pub date with his ex-flame and MIC newcomer Jasmine Saunders, where he blasted the rest of the cast as 'snakes'.

On her Instagram story, Jazz turned to Freddy and asked him: "Freddy are you going to be watching Australia tonight?"

Freddy downed a sip of his pint before putting his hand to his chin and quipped: "I have heard there are a lot of slithering snakes in Australia," and as Jazz giggled at his response as he added: "So, yes."

The latest Sydney series of Made in Chelsea comes before show-spin off Made in Bondi – which fans are sure to be as obsessed with as the original.

There was plenty of drama during the launch of the new series on Monday, 18 December, as well as a new romance seemingly blossoming between Ruby Alder and Australian newcomer JJ van der Vliet.

Sparks flew during the first episode as Ruby, who broke up with her model boyfriend Nicholas Sinclair in September, met JJ who has joined the cast Down Under. Viewers watched as the pair exchanged flirtatious comments during one of their lavish events in Sydney.

It all started when the Aussie hunk was introduced to Ruby by David 'Temps' Templer with newcomer Hugo Mackenzie-Wood also standing nearby. The conversation quickly progressed to thoughts on a night swim in the ocean before Ruby asked what JJ was looking for.

The MIC newbie replied: "Sometimes when you look too hard you don't really find anything, so just take it as it comes." When the question was asked back to Ruby she responded quickly by saying "Tall, dark and handsome" as she smiled across the table at JJ.

In a bid to help the conversation progress even further, Hugo jumped in and said: "Ruby, weren't you looking for a tour guide the other day?" Establishing that she'd like a private tour, JJ told the newly single TV star "We should lock something in" as the pair smiled at each other with glee.

A teaser for the next episode of the spin-off series saw JJ and Ruby heading out on a date Down Under where they shared a kiss on a bench under the stars. In another clip, co-star Olivia Bentley was seen speaking with the pair as they appeared smitten to which she replied: "Budding romance, I think it's very sweet," before giving her approval as Ruby's close pal.

The latest series includes Made in Chelsea favourites such as Olivia Bentley, Sam Prince, Harvey Armstrong, Bella Sharpe, Yasmine Zweegers and Ruby.
