Love Island winners Kai and Sanam take his mum for dinner in sweet Manchester outing

Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan appeared in high spirits as they enjoyed a wholesome Saturday night this week, taking the former's mum, Jill, out for dinner in Manchester.

The couple, who won Winter Love Island in March this year, have been going strong for six months now and appear close to one another's families.

Snapped heading out for the evening, 25-year-old Kai had his two ladies on a side each as he wrapped a loving arm around his mum, while holding onto Sanam's hand.

The P.E teacher donned a simple black outfit, with a brown leather jacket layered on top. While his social worker girlfriend looked stunning in a purple, beige and black midaxi dress.

Kai's mum Jill wore a black midi dress as she enjoyed the evening with the couple, as they headed to celebrity hotspot Menagerie Bar and Restaurant – which also saw the new cast of MAFS heading there for the evening.

It was a busy Saturday for Kai and Sanam, as the latter headed to watch her boyfriend play rugby earlier in the day – with Kai jesting that she 'wouldn't give him a kiss' after the game.

Sharing a picture after his match with Sanam, and jokingly getting her name wrong, he wrote: "First time Shazam’s watched me play rugby… wouldn’t even give me a kiss after the game.

"Not played properly in nearly a year so was unreal to get 80 minutes in the tank today."

The duo met during Winter Love Island at the beginning of the year, with Sanam entering as a late arrival during Casa Amor while Kai was in the villa from day one.

They recently sent fans into a frenzy with engagement rumours, after Kai posted a stunning picture of his girlfriend flashing a glimmering silver band on her ring finger.

They captioned the photograph "made a promise" with a ring emoji, adding to speculation. But then clearing things up, Kai told his followers that it was actually a promise ring rather than an engagement one, before hinting that was on the way.

"The big one will come soon dw," he teased as congratulations messages flooded in.

Talking to OK! recently, Sanam shared how happy her boyfriend makes her, and how she is getting more in touch with her heritage.

She said: "I was born in Trinidad and Tobago and I’m looking forward to taking myself and Kai over there to visit visit my family and show him more of my heritage and culture in the new year. Watch this space!”
